Cílem disertační práce je na základě výsledků statistického zpracování somatometrickýchdat českých žen nalézt predikční rovnice pro stanovení konstrukčních parametrů střihůkorzetových výrobků pro výrobní koncepci mass-customization a sestavit tabulkykonstrukčních rozměrů v návaznosti na definovaný efektivní velikostní sortiment.Metoda/přístupPro získání somatometrických dat bylo v letech 2006-09 změřeno 602 českých žen ve věkuod 18 do 60 let v rozsahu 14-ti tělesných rozměrů tj. vstupních konstrukčních parametrůstřihů korzetových výrobků (podprsenek, korzetů, plavek s košíčky), které mapujítrupovou část ženského těla. Tělesné rozměry byly měřeny tradiční kontaktní metodou.Pro definování skladby velikostí efektivního velikostního sortimentu korzetových výrobkůpro české ženy je uplatněna metoda dvourozměrné četnosti postav podle hodnotstandardizovaných primárních tělesných rozměrů: obvodu hrudníku a podprsního obvoduhrudníku v rámci zákonitostí nové evropské normy ČSN EN 13402 -Označování velikostíoblečení. Predikčními nástroji pro predikci konstrukčních rozměrů jsou vícenásobná lineární regresea neuronové sítě.Dosažené výsledkyByla definovaná skladba somatotypů tj. velikostí cílové populace českých žen v rámcievropské standardizované velikostní struktury. Byly nalezeny regresní rovnice prostanovení dvanácti hodnot konstrukčních parametrů střihů korzetových výrobků výpočtem,a to pouze ze dvou standardizovaných primárních tělesných rozměrů.V návaznosti na definovaný efektivní velikostní sortiment pro české ženy bylyvypracovány tabulky konstrukčních rozměrů korzetových výrobků s dodrženímproporčních vztahů. Tyto konstrukční rozměry slouží k tvorbě 2D parametrické konstrukcestřihových dílů korzetových výrobků, které pokrývají 3D povrch ženského trupu .Originalita/přínosV rámci této disertační práce byly historicky poprvé sestaveny tabulky konstrukčníchrozměrů korzetových výrobků odpovídající somatotypům českých žen tj. velikostemefektivního velikostního sortimentu, který je vytvořen s respektem zákonitostí novéevropské normy ČSN EN 13402 -Označování velikostí oblečení. Definované konstrukční parametry lze efektivně využít pro automatizované konstrukčníalgoritmy střihů korzetových výrobků a automatické stupňování střihových šablon. The purpose of this dissertation thesis is to find predictive equations for determining thecorsetry pattern constructional parameters through statistic analysing the anthropometricaldata of the Czech females and defining the construction parameters that are correspondingwith the proposed efficient sizing chart.Methodology/approachAnthropometric survey of the target Czech female population of 602 women aged from 18to 60 was carried out in 2006-2009. It was target to obtain the anthropometric data thatincluded 14 body dimensions as the input parameters for patternmaking of corsetryproducts (bras, corsets, swimwear with cups). Body dimensions were measured usingtraditional contact method.The developed sizing range of Czech women somatotypes was defined using twodimensions frequency of the primary dimensions: bust circumference and under bustcircumference in the context of the new European Standard ČSN EN 13 402 -Sizedesignation of clothes. Multiple linear regression (MLR) and artificial neural networks (ANN) were used aspredicting tool.FindingsSet of Czech women somatotypes were defined into framework of the European standardsize structure. Regression equations were found for computing the values of others twelveconstructional dimensions of corsetry using only two standardized primary bodydimensions. The corsetry construction parameters of the cuts were completed in relation tothe efficient sizing system with respect of the proportional relationship.Using the discovered pattern parameters we can create 2D shape of corsetry cuts that arematching shape with 3D body surface.Originality/valueThe first time ever as a part of this thesis the set of corsetry pattern construction parameterswas created for Czech women. It was designed to respect laws of the new ČSN EN 13 402-Size designation of clothes. Discovered design parameters can be effectively used for the automated pattern shapedesigning of the corsetry and for master shape automatic pattern grading.
